Qualifications

• Requirement

  ・Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. ・At least 2 years of experience in trade marketing, merchandising, or sales within the FMCG industry (preferably food manufacturing). ・Strong understanding of supermarket operations, trade marketing strategies, and branding. ・Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. ・Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). ・Willing to do fieldwork and occasional overtime. + Experience handling consumer promotions and retail execution strategies. + Background in cost analysis and marketing budget management. + Prior experience working with buyers, store supervisors, and merchandising teams. + Familiarity with market research tools and sales data analysis.
