Qualifications

  ✓ Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ✓ 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a supervisory capacity. ✓ Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and employee relations. ✓ Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. ✓ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. ✓ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + 5+ years of experience in an HR supervisory or managerial role.
