Job Description
>Execute delivery of facility services, including house and building services, interior and exterior maintenance, transport, safety and security >Review current facilities' best practices and trends to facilitate effective delivery of facilities services >Assist with implementing facility operations processes defined by regional and/or senior facilities leadership >Monitor site-specific facility operations standards and processes (e.g., emergency procedures, facility initiatives and security standards and processes) as necessary >Work with internal customers to identify and address emerging facility requirements and issues (e.g., scheduling janitorial services to minimize disruption of customers' work activities)

Requirement
>Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. >Must be a license Mechanical Engineer. >With at least 3-5 years’ experience in building maintenance and handling DOLE, PEZA and DENR requirements. >Excellent in communication skills, verbal and written. >Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment >Can work with a minimal supervision.
