    General Responsibility. As Technical Sales Specialist, you will be the frontliner of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective business development strategy for continuous growth. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients for the Plant. Job Description. Your job includes, but not limited to the following: ? Develop and open accounts with clients that needs private label or customized product for their vertical expansion. ? Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs in the Private Label (OEM) sector ? Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. Contact and conduct follow ups on sales prospects. ? Assist in the market study of prospective clients of their respective area ? Promote the companyfs products/services addressing or predicting clientsf objectives ? Coordinate and process sales contract requirements ensuring each customer's adherence to law established rules and guidelines are in place ? Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. ? Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. ? Develop and create new business strategies guarantee a sale; taking into consideration the turnaround time. ? Provide market research and analysis; prepares research-based reports and sales forecast. Monitors market development and economic trends within the industry and how these will impact the companyfs portfolio. Understand the needs of your business customers ? Maintaining the current trade and institutional partners through regular visits / communications. ? Maintain client relationships through constant communication and visits. ? Initiate and arrange events and roadshows with corporate buyers and customers. ? Ensure that all events details are accounted for, starting from the pre-event to the post-event structural ? Perform other job-related responsibilities or tasks that are not stipulated on this document but assigned by your superior or required by the company. ? Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ? Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree Industrial Engineering or Food Technology or any related business course. ? At least 1-2 yearsf managerial experience in Technical Sales in the Food Industry. ? Proven working experience as a business development executive, technical sales executive or a relevant role in the food industry. ? Proven sales track record in the food and beverage sector specifically in food manufacturing or commissaries ? Experience in the Ice Cream Production or Dry Blending is a PLUS! ? Knowledgeable in market research and analysis; prepares research-based reports and sales forecast. ? Must have the ability to build good working relationships and good communications and negotiation between internal and external partners and customers. ? Must have the ability to create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer. ?
