  Knowledge and Experience for Plastic Injection Molding 1. Work experience more than 7 years at Plastic Injection Molding Manufacturing Company 2. Management experience more than 3 years of Plastic Injection Molding (Production has 100 machines and consists 180 employees) 3. Operating and troubleshooting skill of Plastic Injection Machine 4. Skill of Injection Parameter setting and Knowledge of Injection Molding Equipment 5. Experience of Material Knowledge (POM, ABS, PP, PC+ABS, PC, PA, PBT, etc.) 6. Improvement Skill of Actual Production (Output, C/T, Down time and Internal Defect Ratio) 7. Basic knowledge of Injection Production Planning and Performance Management 8. Inventory experience from Incoming until Finish Good Parts 9. Knowledge of Plastic Injection Mold 10. Basic Knowledge of Parts Engineering 11. Basic Knowledge and experience of Quality Control / Quality Assurance of Plastic Injection Molding Parts 12. Basic Knowledge of ISO 9001 13. Experience of meeting with Customer and Supplier ƒJob Description„ 1. Production Management & Operations ESupervise operation of injection molding machines (around 100 units) and manage production schedule. EPlan, adjust, and execute production schedule to ensure on-time delivery. EOptimize production process to improve efficiency (reduce cycle time, increase output, and minimize downtime). 2. Equipment Management & Technical Support ESet up, adjust, and troubleshoot injection molding machines. EOptimize injection molding parameters for stable quality. EManage and ensure proper usage of raw materials (POM, ABS, PP, PC+ABS, PC, PA, PBT, etc.). 3. Quality Control & Improvement EMonitor defect rate and implement actions to improve product quality. EWork with QC/QA team to ensure production meets ISO 9001 standards. EAnalyze and resolve quality issues, including customer complaints. 4. Inventory & Material Management EControl and monitor inventory from raw materials to finished products. EManage rejected products and propose improvement solutions. 5. Manpower Management & Training ESupervise and train operators (around 180 employees). EManage work shifts and maintain a safe working environment. EConduct training programs to improve skills of team members. 6. Customer & Supplier Coordination ERespond to customer technical and quality requirements and solve issues. ECoordinate with suppliers for material procurement and negotiation. EAttend meetings and prepare reports as needed. ƒJob Appeal„ EStable Career ?
