Job Description
Recruitment & Onboarding ・Handle recruitment, resume screening, and interview coordination for factory workers, technical engineers, and office staff. ・Source candidates through job portals (e.g., JobStreet) and government employment service offices (PESO). ・Communicate with successful applicants and collect pre-employment requirements such as NBI Clearance and other necessary documents. ・Conduct new employee orientation, including company policies, rules, and workplace regulations. Timekeeping & Benefits Administration ・Monitor and verify employee attendance records using biometric timekeeping systems and other attendance tracking tools. ・Process and record applications for tardiness, absences, overtime, and leave requests, and coordinate payroll-related data with the payroll team. ・Administer government-mandated benefits, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG enrollment and updates. ・Manage HMO enrollment and cancellation processes and respond to employee inquiries regarding healthcare benefits. Employee Relations & Company Events ・Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, complaints, and requests, and provide initial guidance and support. ・Assist in preparing disciplinary documents, including Notices to Explain (NTE), in compliance with Philippine labor laws. ・Plan and organize company events such as Christmas parties, sports festivals, team-building activities, and CSR programs.

【MUST】 ・At least 2 years of practical experience in Human Resources. ・Japanese speakerN2 Level 【Preferred Qualifications】 ・Candidates with HR experience in a manufacturing company.
