    ・Provide in-house interpretation and communication support between Japanese and local staff. ・Communicate regularly with the General Manager (GM) and Human Resources (HR) of the local subsidiary. ・Interpret for Japanese staff at the headquarters and provide regular updates on local operations, issues, and business developments. ・Prepare and submit reports to the headquarters in Japan. ・Accurately understand local business operations and communicate operational status, challenges, and key updates to the headquarters.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [MUST-HAVE] Japanese language proficiency at the N2 level or above. A cheerful and energetic person. [NICE-TO-HAVE] Someone who has worked at a Japanese company.
