  Job Description / Responsibilities -You will be responsible for supporting smooth communication between Japanese expatriates and Filipino staff on the manufacturing floor. The primary focus of this role is translating and interpreting technical terms related to specialized manufacturing processes and engineering requirements. -On-site Interpretation: Provide consecutive interpretation (Japanese ⇔ English/Tagalog) during production floor meetings, morning assemblies, quality control discussions, and troubleshooting situations. -Translation Duties: Translate manufacturing manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality control reports, internal memorandums, and daily emails. -Meeting Support: Serve as an interpreter during online meetings with the Japan Head Office, as well as high-level meetings involving management and engineers. -Other Duties: Provide general administrative support to Japanese expatriates and offer language assistance for new projects (e.g., the launch of new production lines).
