Job Description
We are Japanese manufacturing company leading the industry in propeller. We are looking for a sales manager to strengthen our businesses. > Develop and implement sales strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and expand our customer base. > Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, suppliers, and customers > Manage sales, Including identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. - Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities. > Provides excellent support for customers queries and requirements in collaboration with the business partners. > Oversee and keep track of day-to-day shipment, logistics cost, and efficiency of delivery. Provide regular reports on sales performance to top management. > Other task that maybe assigned from time to time by top managements
Qualifications

Requirement
>Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Naval Architecture (required) >3–5 years of solid experience in maritime technical sales or marine engineering commercial roles (required) >Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications >Strong background in long-cycle B2B sales within industrial or marine sectors >Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills >Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis >Willing to travel up to 50% for domestic and international shipyard/client engagements >Experience level typically aligned with mid-career professionals in technical sales role
