    【Main Responsibilities】 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including regular follow-ups. Prepare quotations and sales proposals. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to address their challenges. Manage sales performance and budget targets. Analyze sales data and prepare reports using Excel. 【Future Responsibilities】 Train, develop, and manage local staff. Report to the head office in Japan and collaborate on business strategies. Drive operational improvements and problem-solving initiatives, including online coordination. Oversee and manage the overall operations of the local office.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • At least 2 years of sales experience (management experience is not required) • Business-level English proficiency • Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or above • Experience in client-facing negotiations and proposal-based sales activities • Strong numerical management and analytical skills using Excel
