Job Description
You will be responsible for overseeing overall HR and General Affairs operations at our Philippine subsidiary. <Key Responsibilities> 1. Human Resources & Labor Management - Review and approve timekeeping and attendance records. - Manage and process statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and private health insurance. - Handle other ad-hoc tasks related to labor management and employee relations. 2. Visa & Government Compliance - Handle the entire process of application and renewal for various visas, including PEZA visas, Working Visas (9g), and business visas for foreign visitors. - Liaise, negotiate, and handle legal procedures with relevant government agencies (PEZA, BI, DOLE, etc.). 3. General Affairs & Facility Management - Plan, prepare, and organize company events and internal activities. - Manage health, safety, and disaster prevention regulations (including fire safety compliance, licensing, and facility management). - Provide administrative support for business travelers (arranging company vehicles, hotel bookings, etc.). Team Structure: The HR/GA department operates with a 2-member team. Why Join Us? Requirement
<MUST> - At least 3 years of progressive experience in HR and GA functions within a PEZA-registered manufacturing company. - Strong expertise across core HR pillars, including recruitment, contract management, compensation and benefits, training & development, and employee relations. - Deep familiarity and hands-on experience with Philippine Labor Laws and statutory requirements. - Business Level of English
