  Job Description -We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our Business-to-Consumer (B2C) sales operations in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. -The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing sales operations, developing market strategies, and leading the sales team to achieve company targets. Key Responsibilities -Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets. -Manage and oversee day-to-day sales operations within the FMCG market. -Lead, coach, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team. -Establish sales targets and ensure consistent achievement of KPIs. -Expand market coverage and identify new business opportunities. -Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers. -Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer buying behavior. -Coordinate with the Marketing and Operations teams for promotions, product launches, and sales campaigns. -Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis. Ensure proper product visibility, merchandising, and availability in assigned territories. -Handle customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. -Conduct regular field visits and sales performance evaluations.
