    The Sales Hunter is responsible for continuously generating new business opportunities through high-volume outbound activity. This role involves identifying prospects from sales lists and initiating contact through direct visits, phone calls, and emails to secure initial meetings. Once a prospect is qualified, the lead is handed off to a Sales Consultant for proposal development and deal closure. <Key Responsibilities> New Business Prospecting - Proactively identify and approach prospective clients through cold visits, referrals, trade shows, social media, and other channels - Maintain high weekly activity levels with a strong focus on KPIs such as visit count, contact volume, and appointments secured - Execute sales activities in line with the sales strategy and target segments defined by the Sales Director, under the guidance of the Sales Manager or Sales Director Initial Meetings & Lead Qualification - Conduct first meetings and on-site visits with prospects to introduce our products and assess their needs - Qualify leads by gathering information on budget, decision-makers, implementation timeline, and road conditions - Communicate the value of our EV solutions in clear, practical, and accessible language Handoff to Sales Consultant - Prepare and deliver a structured handoff to the Sales Consultant, summarizing the prospect's background, challenges, key contacts, and recommended next actions - Continue to nurture early-stage prospects after handoff and re-engage them at the appropriate time to facilitate conversion - Collaborate closely with the Sales Consultant team to ensure seamless information sharing and deal continuity Market Intelligence Gathering - Share market feedback, competitive insights, and customer needs gathered through daily activities with the Sales Manager or Sales Director - Contribute to improving the accuracy of targeting and overall sales strategy Pipeline Management & Reporting - Accurately log all prospect interactions and maintain an up-to-date pipeline at all times - Submit daily and weekly activity reports to the Sales Manager or Sales Director - Submit a daily report upon arrival at the designated location each working day

  • Requirement

    <MUST> - Sales / Outreach Experience: Experience in roles that involve self-driven outreach — such as field sales, business development, or telemarketing. Industry background is not required. - English Proficiency: Must be able to communicate effectively in English for internal and external purposes, including emails, meetings, and daily reports. - KPI-Oriented: Strong commitment to activity-based targets such as visit count, appointments secured, and leads qualified. Capable of self-management and continuous self-improvement. <SOFT SKILLS> - High Drive & Self-Motivation: Ability to consistently carry out cold visits and new outreach at a high frequency. A self-starter who goes out and finds opportunities rather than waiting for leads to come in. - Communication Skills: Ability to quickly build rapport with new contacts and spark genuine interest in the product within a short conversation. - Interest in EV & Mobility: Genuine interest in clean transportation, with the ability to articulate the benefits of EVs to customers in everyday language.
