[Responsibilities] - Bridge Management: Communicate with Japanese directors in Japanese regarding business strategies and daily operations. - Team Management: Supervise the sales team (Import division) and restaurant staff (2 branches in BKK). - Progress Control: Monitor sales activities and operational tasks to ensure they align with HQ's direction. - External Relations: Act as the main contact person for department stores, developers, and other external partners. - Financial Monitoring: Review basic financial reports (PL) to track the company's performance (Accounting tasks are handled by admin staff).

[Must] - Japanese: JLPT N2 or above (Must be able to discuss business issues with HQ). - Trustworthiness and ability to report negative news honestly. - Experience managing a small team (approx. 20 people). [Preferred/Compromise Line] - Experience in F&B or Food Trading is a plus but NOT mandatory. - Basic financial literacy (Able to read a simple PL/Balance Sheet to grasp the company's health).
