  Short Summary: This position is responsible for developing new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and coordinating between customers and internal departments. The Sales Officer will communicate with customers in Japanese or Chinese and English, ensuring smooth sales operations and high customer satisfaction. The role includes sales forecasting, billing, and supporting the planning and purchasing teams. Key Responsibilities: - Search and approach new potential customers with manager’s approval - Maintain strong relationships with existing customers - Act as a communication bridge between customers and the company - Provide accurate product and service information to customers - Handle billing and collect payments - Manage and monitor product quantities to meet sales targets - Follow up overdue sales or inventory to prevent company loss - Submit monthly sales forecasts to the planning and purchasing departments Organizational Structure: The Sales Officer will report directly to the Sales Manager. The sales team works closely with the planning, purchasing, and production departments to meet customer needs and company targets.
