We are hiring Consultants for a leading Japanese business consulting firm in Thailand. Responsibilities: - Develop business strategies and corporate management plans for clients - Conduct market and competitive analysis for new business development - Support ASEAN market entry strategies for global companies - Execute business portfolio restructuring and corporate governance strategies - Provide M&A advisory, due diligence, and post-merger integration support - Drive DX (Digital Transformation) and Data Strategy (e.g., AI-driven forecasting, digital marketing, procurement optimization)

MUST: - Bachelor’s degree - Fluent English proficiency (TOEIC 850+ recommended) - JLPT N1 - Minimum 5 years of work experience (required for visa sponsorship) - Experience in at least one of the following: Consulting (strategy, market research, or business development) Business planning / corporate strategy in a multinational company Financial analysis, investment banking, or market research BETTER: - Experience working in international business environments - Strong project management and presentation skills - Ability to conduct research and develop proposals for high-level executives
