Role Summary: We are looking for a candidate who can collaborate with multiple departments to drive measurable business results. Proficiency in Japanese is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening client relationships, identifying business opportunities, expanding networks, and managing the tendering and bidding process. > Enhance business ventures and expand the company’s network. > Generate project leads and identify business opportunities. > Develop and implement plans focusing on target projects. > Conduct thorough and accurate market research. > Propose target sectors and business fields to management. > Build and deepen strong relationships with existing clients and partners.

<Must> - Bachelor’s degree or higher. - At least 3 years of experience in corporate sales (B2B) or Business Development - At least 2 years of management/leadership experience. - Possess established networks and a solid pipeline within the marketing sector, particularly in the construction/interior industry. -Business-level English. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with the ability to create high-quality client proposals. <BETTER> - Prior sales experience in the construction industry, general contractors, or subcontractors (especially interior fit-out/architecture). - Degree or background in Engineering or Architecture is an advantage. <Soft Skills> - High level of commitment toward achieving annual individual quantitative targets (revenue and profit margins) with a persistent attitude. - Strategic and proactive mindset to develop new accounts and generate results from scratch, even without prior contacts or established routes. - Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building (client engagement) skills. - Exceptional project management, organizational (task management), and problem-solving skills. - Ability to adapt smoothly to a multicultural work environment with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
