  Short summary: - As Sales Deputy Director, you will lead and grow the business in maintenance services, chemical sales, and water treatment solutions. You will manage a team of 4 staff, coordinate with engineering teams, and oversee both domestic and overseas projects. You will also work on proposal development for energy-saving, pollution control, and system improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Lead sales and marketing activities in Thailand and overseas - Set targets and manage sales strategy and execution - Explore new business opportunities to increase market share - Manage engineering team for water/wastewater treatment projects - Provide technical support to sales team and customers - Supervise EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) activities - Ensure profitability through pricing and operational control - Handle customer complaints and maintain good relationships - Visit customers regularly to build trust and follow up - Improve processes and support ISO9001 system implementation - Conduct market analysis for business development Organizational Structure: - You will supervise 4 subordinates and collaborate closely with internal sales, engineering, and project teams. You will report directly to senior management and play a key leadership role across departments.
