Engineering knowledge will be helpful in understanding customer requirements and presenting technical solutions effectively.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n- Provide product information, consultation, and technical support to customers.\n- Visit existing and potential customers to introduce company products and services.\n- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.\n- Achieve sales targets set by the company.\n- Analyze customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.\n- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.\n- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.\n- Prepare sales reports and customer visit reports.\n- Travel to customer sites when required.\n- Perform other assigned duties from supervisors.\nOrganizational Structure:\n- The Sales Engineer will work as part of the sales and service team and report directly to the Sales Manager or assigned supervisor.
