Strong leadership, problem-solving ability, and responsibility are important for success in this role.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n- Manage safety operations in the production area and follow company safety systems\n- Control production quality to meet customer requirements and standards\n- Monitor production plans and delivery schedules to achieve targets\n- Manage production costs and improve manufacturing efficiency\n- Support cost reduction activities and continuous improvement projects\n- Maintain and improve workplace management standards (6S)\n- Supervise daily production staff operations and manpower planning\n- Conduct staff training and arrange work schedules\n- Coordinate with related departments to solve production issues\n- Handle daily production line operations and troubleshooting\n- Perform other assigned tasks from management\n\nOrganizational Structure:\n- The Production Supervisor \/ Production Engineer will work closely with the production team and report directly to the production management or factory management team. The role will coordinate with quality control, warehouse, maintenance, and planning departments to support smooth production operations. The candidate will supervise production operators and support staff in daily activities, including performance monitoring, scheduling, and training. Communication with Chinese-speaking management or related overseas teams may be required for production coordination and reporting.
