The company is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented person who can support smooth operations at the branch.\nKey Responsibilities:\n- Control and manage spare parts and equipment stock\n- Record inventory and equipment information into the system\n- Support storage control and stock checking activities\n- Receive and coordinate repair requests from technician teams\n- Prepare documents related to stock and equipment management\n- Coordinate with internal departments regarding equipment usage\n- Maintain accurate records and update inventory data\n- Support other admin tasks assigned by supervisors\nOrganizational Structure:\n- The Store Admin Staff will work closely with the technician and branch operation teams at the Rayong branch. The position reports directly to the branch supervisor or store management team. Daily work includes coordination with mechanics, technicians, and other administrative staff to support equipment maintenance operations. The team environment is practical and operation-focused, requiring good communication and teamwork. The employee will mainly handle inventory records, stock coordination, and repair support documentation.
