The IPQC Leader will also coordinate with other departments such as production and quality engineering to improve product quality and reduce defects. Good communication skills and Chinese language ability are important for this role.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n- Manage attendance and work schedule of QC inspectors in each area\n- Control and perform in-process quality inspections\n- Prepare, record, and confirm QC inspection documents\n- Support QE team to solve quality issues in production\n- Manage shift handover between day and night shifts\n- Monitor QC records (QC Ledger) and follow up corrective actions\n- Control and organize documents in production area (6S management)\n- Handle non-conforming products and follow up improvement actions\n- Support customer complaint investigation and corrective actions\n- Perform other assigned tasks\n\nOrganizational Structure:\n- The IPQC Leader works under the Quality Control or Quality Assurance department and reports directly to the QA\/QC Manager or Quality Manager. The role supervises a team of QC inspectors who are responsible for checking product quality during production. The team size may vary depending on production scale, typically including several inspectors across different production lines or shifts. This position requires close coordination with production, engineering (QE), and other departments to ensure product quality and continuous improvement.
