You will also have a chance to learn technical knowledge and improve your professional skills through training and teamwork.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n- Interpret between Chinese and Thai (meetings, daily communication)\n- Translate documents (technical documents, reports, etc.)\n- Support engineers with translation tasks\n- Check and improve translation quality\n- Work with translation team members\n- Organize and manage translation materials\n- Join training programs to improve translation skills\n- Coordinate with other departments\n- Support tasks assigned by manager\n\nOrganizational Structure:\nYou will be part of a translation or support team in the factory. The team usually includes interpreters and administrative staff who support engineers and production teams. You will report directly to a team leader or department manager, who may be Thai or Chinese. Daily work involves close communication with engineers, production staff, and other departments such as quality control and operations. The working environment is dynamic, and teamwork is important. You may also coordinate with Chinese staff or headquarters, so clear communication and cultural understanding are required.
