This position focuses on planning, executing, and managing all activities related to hiring and employee development. The manager will create annual recruitment and training plans and ensure smooth implementation of both functions. You will oversee the full recruitment cycle, including special hiring such as disabled staff, and manage training programs to improve employee skills. This role also requires team management and coordination with government departments.
