This role is a playing manager position, responsible for both management and key sales activities. The company mainly works with construction projects, factories, warehouses, and logistics buildings. The Sales Manager will focus on proposal-based sales to architects, consultants, and design firms, as well as project sales to construction companies.\n\nThe role requires strong experience in building materials, especially metal products such as steel doors, rolling shutters, aluminum windows, or similar products. The Sales Manager will create sales strategies, manage the sales team, control budgets, and report sales activities to the Director and SANWA Japan headquarters.
