This role supports both internal quality teams and external stakeholders (suppliers and customers) by providing precise measurement systems, analysis, and reporting. The engineer will prepare, check, and maintain measurement jigs, ensure compliance with ISO and IATF standards, and support quality audits. This position requires problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work with international standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n- Improve measurement methods to increase accuracy and reduce inspection time\n- Work with QA, suppliers, and customers to verify measurement methods\n- Prepare and improve CF jigs for inspection efficiency\n- Develop and perform Measurement System Analysis (MSA)\n- Prepare MSA plan and reports\n- Perform weekly follow-up and reporting\n- Verify CF Jig and Part Master according to plan\n- Support full layout and special measurement requests\n- Assist in IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 audits\n- Participate in 6S activities\n- Conduct risk and opportunity analysis (Turtle Chart)\n\nOrganizational Structure:\nThe Measurement Engineer will be part of the Quality Assurance (QA) department. The role reports directly to the QA Manager and works closely with production, suppliers, and customers. The team collaborates to ensure product quality meets both Japanese and international automotive standards.
