Flexibility, responsibility, and good communication skills are important for success in this role.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n- Find new customers, especially industrial clients\n- Contact customers by phone and visit customers to present rental services\n- Achieve sales targets as assigned\n- Recommend suitable rental equipment using engineering knowledge\n- Understand customer site requirements and propose safe, cost-effective solutions\n- Handle rental and sales process smoothly\n- Coordinate with internal teams for delivery and service support\n- Travel to customer sites and upcountry when required\n\nOrganizational Structure\n- The Sales Engineer will work as part of the Sales Team and report directly to the Sales Manager. The team consists of several sales staff responsible for different customer groups and industries. The Sales Engineer will closely work with engineering and operations teams to ensure correct equipment selection, safety, and customer satisfaction. Support from administration and service teams will be provided for documents, rental contracts, and after-sales service.
