This role often involves transferring design features to engineering teams, resolving technical concerns, and supporting new model development and mass production. \nKey Responsibilities:\n- Lead internal engineering team(s)\n- Communicate with Japanese engineering team\n- Guide team members for each assigned task\n- Monitor project status and progress\n- Support staff training and development\nProject Management:\n- Manage project workflow, budget, timeline, and inter-departmental collaboration. \nTechnical Expertise:\n- Understand product functionality, analyze technical concerns, and support design and change point investigations. \nProblem-Solving:\n- Lead root cause analysis, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and apply strategic decision-making. \nCommunication & Coordination:\n- Coordinate with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth project progression and successful launch. \nResource Management:\n- Forecast and allocate resources, monitor their efficient use, and make adjustments as needed. \nNew Model Development:\n- Participate in new model project activities, present project status at evaluations, and support trial event testing. \nPurchasing Management:\n- Oversee end-to-end purchasing for new model projects, from kickoff to mass production. \nCost Reduction:\n- Support the Cost Reduction Team with technical concerns. \nOrganizational Structure:\n- You will report to Thailand management and collaborate closely with engineers from Japan.
