{"id":99814,"date":"2026-06-01T03:02:10","date_gmt":"2026-05-31T18:02:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rcx-recruitment.com\/candidate\/en\/jobs\/48277\/"},"modified":"2026-06-01T03:02:10","modified_gmt":"2026-05-31T18:02:10","slug":"48277","status":"publish","type":"job","link":"https:\/\/rcx-recruitment.com\/candidate\/en\/jobs\/48277\/","title":{"rendered":"DTC Manager\u3010BGC\u3011"},"content":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_editorskit_title_hidden":false,"_editorskit_reading_time":0,"_editorskit_is_block_options_detached":false,"_editorskit_block_options_position":"{}","swell_btn_cv_data":""},"categories":[],"class_list":["post-99814","job","type-job","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":{"ID":48277,"country":"Philippines","city":"Pasig","salary_min":145000,"salary_max":155000,"currency":"PHP","industry":"FMCG \/ Retail","job_description":"Job Responsibilities\n-Execute sales and commercial strategies to achieve revenue targets and KPI goals across both Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) stores and partnered retail channels through effective merchandising, product launches, promotional campaigns, and trade investment optimization. \n-Drive retail excellence across all stores by ensuring consistent execution of brand standards, customer experience, operational compliance, and commercial performance. \n-Lead and manage day-to-day retail operations for DTC stores, ensuring smooth operational flow, manpower efficiency, service excellence, and compliance with company policies and procedures. \n-Support and oversee omnichannel Ecommerce operations including brand.com and marketplace channels, ensuring alignment of sales strategies, promotional activities, product visibility, customer experience, and commercial performance across both online and offline retail channels\n-Develop and implement omnichannel retail merchandising strategies to ensure alignment between physical stores and ecommerce platforms, supporting a seamless customer shopping experience across all touchpoints. \n-Manage retail merchandising plans including product assortment, allocation, stock optimization, seasonal launches, replenishment, markdown strategies, and sell-through performance across DTC and partner stores. \n-Partner closely with Ecommerce, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to execute omnichannel campaigns, loyalty programs, online-to-offline initiatives, and customer engagement activities to maximize sales opportunities. \n-Oversee Visual Merchandising (VM) execution across all stores to ensure strong brand presentation, commercial display effectiveness, seasonal storytelling, and consistent consumer experience in line with global brand guidelines. \n-Conduct regular store visits and VM audits to ensure merchandising standards, promotional setups, window displays, fixture placements, and in-store communication materials are properly executed and maintained. \n-Collaborate with regional and global teams on new product launches, campaign rollouts, and retail activation initiatives to ensure timely and impactful in-store execution. \n-Lead retail store development, renovation, and construction projects including new store openings, relocations, refurbishments, and pop-up concepts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to brand standards. \n-Coordinate with landlords, contractors, designers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on store planning, layout optimization, project timelines, and retail fit-out execution. \n-Review store layouts, traffic flow, and space productivity to identify opportunities for commercial improvement, operational efficiency, and enhanced customer experience. \n-Analyse key business indicators, store productivity, conversion trends, and operational performance to identify risks and opportunities, while implementing improvement action plans. \n-Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to Store Managers and retail teams to strengthen sales capabilities, operational excellence, talent development, and succession planning. \n-Conduct training for Store Managers and retail teams on sales management, customer service excellence, visual merchandising standards, operational processes, and leadership skills. \n-Act as the key liaison between field retail operations and corporate support functions to ensure effective communication, alignment, and execution across departments. \n-Support budgeting, retail investment planning, and trade spend management to ensure effective resource allocation and return on investment across retail initiatives.
