This is a "playing leader" role, combining hands-on technical support with team coordination.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n-User Support & Requirement Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for business units (Retail, Inventory, and Logistics) to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional specifications for SAP S\/4HANA.\n-Incident Management & Troubleshooting: Lead the resolution of system glitches, data inconsistencies, and posting errors. -Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with external vendors for bug fixes and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\n-Interface (IF) & Integration Management: Monitor and optimize data flows between SAP S\/4HANA and POS systems (Sales\/Inventory data), as well as Logistics\/WMS systems, to ensure accurate inbound\/outbound processing.\n-Team Coordination & Project Management: Manage task distribution, progress tracking, and performance reviews for 24 team members. Develop internal manuals\/FAQs and mentor the team.
