Design and implement learning and development programs.\n-Total Rewards & Relations: Manage market benchmarking for competitive compensation and benefits. Lead employee engagement initiatives, communications, and company events.\n-Compliance & Operations: Manage labor relations, address grievances, and ensure disciplinary actions align with local -labor laws.
