Collaborate on local operations under the direction of a Japanese superior. \n-General affairs and HR-related tasks: managing contracts, statutory benefits (SSS, etc.), setting up the office and store environment, executing recruitment activities for local staff together with expats and Japanese superiors, and handling all tasks related to onboarding\/offboarding of employees and part-timers, as well as expat-related matters. \n-Cash management: preparing cash sales and change used in stores and external sales events, and setting up and managing deposit rules. \n-Dealing with clients (domestic and international): communicating with malls and partner companies in the Philippines.
