Sales Activities (50% New Business \/ 50% Existing Account Management)\n\u30fbCorporate &amp; New Business Development (50%):\n\u30fbNegotiate comprehensive contracts and proposals with headquarters of large Dental Chains.\n\u30fbBuild relationships with influential industry figures (prominent doctors, Dental Association officials).\n\u30fbPromote partnerships with distributors and partner companies.\n\u30fbExisting Client Retention &amp; Expansion (50%):\n\u30fbFollow up with contracted clinics, provide consulting to promote product usage (upselling), and propose new products.\n\u30fbTroubleshooting (Critical): Act as the responsible party for handling claims (delivery, quality, staff correspondence). This involves rushing to clinics to apologize to doctors, proposing solutions, and restoring trust.\n\n2. Team Management\n\u30fbManage and train a team of 10 (5 Sales Staff + 5 Clinic Support Staff).\n\u30fbConduct OJT (On-the-Job Training) and ride-alongs with underperforming staff to provide improvement guidance.\n\u30fbLabor management (resolving conflicts between staff and managing motivation).\n\u30fbNote: As the organization has a high ratio of female staff, experience in managing female teams is highly valued.\n\n3.
