Brand Management &amp; Market Leadership\n-Drive brand positioning to achieve top-of-mind awareness and market leadership.\n-Lead integrated marketing communications (IMC) across all channels.\n-Ensure consistent execution of brand standards across stores, digital platforms, and partnerships.\n-Develop campaigns that strengthen brand perception, employer brand positioning, and customer loyalty (e.g., how purchasing the brand&apos;s products contributes to the realization of a sustainable society).\n-Manage PR, crisis communication, and reputation management initiatives.\n\n3. Retail &amp; Local Store Marketing\n-Lead store opening campaigns, in-mall activations, and seasonal promotions.\n-Collaborate with Store Marketing Managers to develop countermeasures for underperforming stores.\n-Develop and execute systemwide and localized store marketing initiatives.\n-Build strong partnerships with mall operators, local government units, and business communities.\n-Support sustainability and community-based programs aligned with brand values.\n\n4. Digital &amp; Performance Marketing\n-Oversee digital marketing strategy across paid media, social platforms, CRM, content marketing, and e-commerce.\n-Utilize analytics tools to optimize performance and ROI.\n-Drive online-to-offline (O2O) initiatives to enhance customer experience.\n-Monitor KPIs including traffic, conversion, acquisition cost, engagement, and retention.\n-Conduct consumer research, build hypotheses, and lead data-driven campaign optimization.\n\n5. Product &amp; Campaign Development\n-Collaborate cross-functionally to align campaigns with product launches and merchandising strategies.\n-Contribute creative insights to product development, menu\/product architecture, and promotional concepts.\n-Work with agencies and vendors to develop locally relevant campaign concepts.\n-Lead end-to-end campaign management\u2014from ideation to reporting and post-analysis.\n\n6. Financial &amp; Performance Management\n-Forecast and manage marketing budgets, A&amp;P spending, and ROI targets.\n-Monitor brand and business performance metrics.\n-Develop business cases and present performance insights to senior leadership.\n-Integrate insights and opportunities into actionable improvement plans.\n\n7.
