Job Description

■ Key Responsibilities -As the Sales Manager for the Luzon Region, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing the local sales team, and conducting direct field sales. -Field Sales & Business Development: -Actively travel around assigned areas on a motorcycle to visit partner companies, vehicle dealerships, and prospective clients to acquire new accounts and strengthen existing relationships. -Team Management & Leadership: -Lead and manage sales team members across multiple areas in the Luzon Region. Conduct joint field visits, provide on-the-job coaching, and maximize overall team performance. -Performance Management & Reporting: -Utilize Excel and Google Sheets to monitor sales figures, visualize progress across different areas, and generate accurate reports for management. -Fieldwork Execution: Be highly mobile and flexible in traveling across various areas in Luzon, quickly identifying on-the-ground challenges and implementing immediate solutions.

Requirement

Requirements (Must-Have) -Ownership and ability to ride a motorcycle: Must own a motorcycle and be fully licensed/capable of riding it for daily sales and field-monitoring activities. -More than 5 years sales experience -Physical Resilience & Adaptability: Able to handle extensive outdoor fieldwork and travel under various weather conditions (e.g., hot climate, rainy season) in the Philippines. -Commitment to Results: High drive and a strong sense of accountability to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. -Hands-on Leadership: Ability to lead by example, actively engaging in sales activities rather than just delegating tasks (leading from the front). ■ Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have) -Sales experience in the automotive, loan, leasing, or finance industries. -Proficiency in data management, analysis, and reporting using Excel or Google Sheets.
