• Job Description

  Job Objective: -Ensuring the maintenance of systematic recording and bookkeeping of transactions. Administer compliance with reportorial requirements for regulatory bodies. Summary of Function: -Reports to Managing Director / Production Director / Section Manager. Ensures timely submission of accurate accounting reports. Monitors the implementation of accounting procedures and policies. -Motivates subordinates at all times. Duties and Responsibilities (Frequency: Daily)Directs and controls record-keeping and financial reporting. -Plans and organizes the preparation of regulatory reports and corporate accounting requirements. -Provides information to the management on taxes and other government regulations and issues. -Assists the Director in administration and employee benefits functions. -In-charge of the preparation of accounting procedures and policies. -Upholds cost minimization and profit maximization of the company's financial transactions. -Coordinates with other department/section managers on sensitive matters affecting accounting. -Motivates subordinates to ensure work satisfaction. -Does other related work as required by the Managing Director / Production Director. Key Result Areas (KRAs): -Precise systematic recording and bookkeeping of transactions. -100% implementation and performance. -Proper monitoring of the accounting section.
