> Oversee shipment arrangement, perform confirmation of all documents to identify any discrepancy in order to ensure that there will be no irregularity in the process > Collaborate with internal and external contributors while identifying risk and determining impact of changes in the industry in order to formulate effective BCP > Reconcile processed billings versus SOA, disseminate company policies, conduct selection and registration of which business partners to work > Manage and review customer requests and concerns, participate in discussion and recommend ideas for new activities or projects

Requirement

[MUST-HAVE] - Must be a college graduate of any 2 year or 4 year course - Must have at least 4 years experience as Logistics functions or equivalent - Can collaborate with government agencies (BOC, PEZA and related agencies) - With good comprehension in Supply Chain Management and Trade Industry [NICE-TO-HAVE] - Has Knowledge on regulatory requirements related to shipment arrangement (Local, Import, Export) - Can trade external service providers
